This blog is kind of an experiment, and a way to warm myself up to the idea of sharing my writing. I’ve always been a writing kid. Picked the creative writing electives, wrote stories on scrap paper when test were done, went way too ham on assignments in high school – the works! And whereas I’ve shared fan fiction before (feel free to be disappointed by half-written stories on my AO3), I’ve never really been brave enough to post my original ideas.
But I love writing! I love sharing my experiences and I want to get to a point where I’m able to post my ideas too! So please stick by me as I wrestle with my anxiety and shyness on my journey of confidence and self-expression.

Nagisa is a PhD student in Electrical Engineering, with a goal to make STEM education more accessible and engaging through the use of Entertainment Technology. They are a part time instructor for their university, teaching fundamentals in a flexible, online format through the use of their virtual youtuber (“vTuber”) model, “Mihoshi”.
They are also an avid writer, artist, and maker – currently working on novels to keep them sane during grad school. Nagisa is an animal lover with a small farmstead, and a nonbinary member of the LGBT community.
